Preoperative Care: Comprehensive written instructions answer commonly asked questions necessary to prepare for surgery. Our highly qualified staff provides assistance during this important period. A physical examination and some laboratory testing are required before surgery is undertaken.

Follow-up: An office visit is scheduled within a day after surgery or within one week following surgery in order to assess early wound healing.

Sutures are usually removed five to seven days after surgery depending upon the anatomic area operated. Physical exercise may be resumed three to four weeks after surgery, depending on the type of procedure. Dr. Callegari will follow you on a routine basis following your surgery. These services are included in your surgical fee, and patients are not charged again for follow-up visits.
